FLASH: Salmonella Enteritidis Outbreak Continues to Grow
CDC reports 2,403 Salmonella Enteritidis illness between May 1 and August 25. In a typical year, CDC would expect 933 illnesses during this time frame. No nursing home or seniors residence clusters of illnesses.
