I just purchased Daniele Sopressata last Friday and servied it to my guests. I also had some last night too. Gosh, they knew about this since July........why was it just announced on the News 6 months later. Do they wait for people to die first? I'm livid.
ReplyDelete@Rose:
ReplyDeleteIt took them that long to connect the dots and figure out the source of the outbreak. These things can be a real puzzle to solve, especially when the strain of Salmonella that is making people sick is a common strain, as this one is.
If you or your guests start to experience any symptoms in the next few days (nausea, diarrhea, etc.), please get medical attention and also contact your local or state health department to report the illness and the possible association with Daniele.
