United States
  • Allergy Alert: Westlake Food Corporation (Santa Ana, CA) recalls approximately 140,000 pounds of fully cooked assorted meat products because they contain undeclared wheat starch. The recalled products were distributed to restaurants and retail establishments nationwide.
  • Food Safety Recall: Stop & Shop and Giant Food recall Frozen Spinach & Artichoke Dip because of possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.


Canada
  • Consumer Product Safety Recall: Dollarama L.P. (Montreal, QC) recalls Valentine Charm Bracelets after Health Canada testing reveals that the made-in-China product contains very high levels of lead. The recalled products were sold at Dollarama stores from December 2007 to February, 2010.
