Sekiya Customers Can Smile Again

Sekiya's Restaurant, which was closed late last month by the Hawai'i Department of Health following an outbreak of E. coli O157:H7, has reopened. The DOH reinstated Sekiya's operating permit after the restaurant passed final inspection on March 10th.
