The UK's Food Standards Agency has alerted consumers to a recall of a batch of sesame seeds. The seeds, which are sold in 500g packages carrying a "best before" date of 23/10/08, are being recalled by Julian Graves Ltd.
The recall was initiated due to a risk that the sesame seeds might be contaminated with Salmonella. Consumers who have purchased the recalled seeds should return them to the store for a refund.
