Bits & Pieces: Glass Pieces in Breaded Scampi

The UK Food Standards Agency has alerted consumers to a recall of frozen, breaded scampi that may be contaminated by small pieces of glass. Dawnfresh Seafoods Ltd. announced the recall after learning that a few packets of the scampi contained pieces of glass.

The recall is limited to the following:

• Frozen Kintyre Breaded Scampi (235 g): Batch code L9006M2; Best Before end July 2010
