  • Allergy Alert: Tofutti Brands recalls Tofutti Yours Truly Frozen Dessert Cones, 14 oz. (manufacturing code 18-497 and production code of either 2330 or 2350), because these products contain traces of undeclared milk.
  • Food Recall: Clear Springs Foods recalls Clear Springs brand Pecan-Encrusted Trout (UPC 10 070765 08847; 1/10lbs. per case; all product lots distributed since March 2010), due to the possible presence of trace amounts of an antibiotic not approved for use in the USA. The recall was initiated after Clear Food Springs learned that an ingredient supplied by a supplier from Argentina contained trace amounts of the antibiotic. This product was distributed nationwide via multiple distributors to food service operations.
